1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders you place in the online shops lyhome.me, lyhome.co.uk, lyhome.us, lyhome.de, lyhome.fr and lyhome.it with Argacom OÜ, Männimäe/1, Pudisoo küla, Kuusalu vald, 74626 Harjumaa, Estonia, registry code 14936030, email hey@lyhome.me ("we").

2. How the contract is formed

The products shown in the shop are not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you make a binding offer to buy the goods in your basket. Before you send the order you can check and correct your details. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is formed when we accept the order or dispatch the goods.

3. Language and contract text

The language of the contract is the language of the shop you order from. You receive your order details by email. You can view, save and print these terms at any time on this page.

4. Prices and delivery costs

All prices are final prices including VAT where applicable. Any delivery costs are shown before you send your order. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are shown during checkout. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address given during checkout. Delivery countries and times are listed on the Delivery page and shown before you send your order.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are on the Returns & right of withdrawal page.

9. Warranty

Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions such as product liability law. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

11. Dispute resolution

Disputes with consumers can be brought before the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia, ttja.ee. We take part in its proceedings.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they have their habitual residence.
